DJ Jake Rudh, host of "Transmission" on 89.3 The Current, is spinning at First Avenue on Saturday, November 7, when The Current presents Brigitte Calls Me Baby's Irreversible Tour with special guests Common People (First Avenue).
First Avenue's listing describes Jake Rudh as "both a Minneapolis club and radio DJ hosting 'Transmission' the program heard on 89.3 The Current every Thursday night at 10PM," with more than 30 years in music. The headliner, Brigitte Calls Me Baby, is a Chicago-based five-piece whose debut album is The Future Is Our Way Out. Common People is an alternative rock band formed in Los Angeles in 2022.
