Minneapolis electronic musician and film composer Jeff Goldsmith has a new single out under the name RAGEBATE. "NU-MONEY" was released October 16, 2026, on Goldsmith's Bandcamp. It's the first release there credited to RAGEBATE, a name his Bandcamp bio lists alongside his electronic and film-score work.
The four-minute track was written, engineered, mixed and produced by Goldsmith and mastered by Carl Saff. Goldsmith handles vocals, programming, electronics, synthesizers and guitar. Simon Brown adds guitar, Kyle Trenholm plays bass and sings backing vocals, and Morris Trenholm also sings backing vocals.
It's a quick follow-up to The Ringing Phone (Original Score), the six-track film score Goldsmith released on October 2 and which Syntropolis included in its October releases roundup. It has been a busy 2026 on his Bandcamp, which also includes original scores for Threshold (August), The Overnight (May) and several other films.
